Ram: 8 GB (2x 4 GB) DDR3 (1600 MHz)
Harddrive: 1.0 TB 3.5" (HDD) SATA 6Gb/s
GPU: Intel HD Graphics (350 MHz) (Don't have more info on this one)
USB 2.0 / FireWire3x USB 2.0
USB 3.0 / Thunderbolt6x USB 3.0
I need it for use with sketch up, auto cad, photoshop, illustrator, and gaming (I don't need to run the latest game in high though)

Powerful enough for browsing and general computing. Lacks the cpu/gpu needed for gaming.

Depends really what you'll be using this PC for . It would be grand for general home use, not for gaming or video editing though
Would nearly b better for an i3 Haswell build so you could possibly upgrade in the future

It would not be good for your needs. You will need a dedicated graphics card, which this does not have. Also, you need a much better processor, something along an i5 4670K, and if for professional use you would need to go for an i7 family processor. It has the minimum RAM for more good auto cad software, but it would be a lot better to have 16 GB.
