Set up a filter. Gear Icon - Settings - Filters. Add one and put in the criteria for the mail you want moved and then select the folder you want it to go to.
BTW, if you don't want these FB notifications, why not turn them off in FB itself so they don't get sent in the first place? in FB; Gear Icon - Settings - Notifications - Email - Edit - Only notifications about your account, security and privacy.
