Did the report page specifically say that you would get a receipt?
Have you done that in the past and gotten a receipt?
If -yes- to either or both then check your spam folder because there may have been some wording in it that caused it to be flagged.
If you're thinking they're ignoring -you- then that's silly-paranoid.
They don't CARE enough about YOU to ignore JUST you - they ignore EVERYONE EQUALLY!
