Actually it is very straightforward.
Let's say, if on Twitter, Facebook or any other social network everybody, I mean really everybody, will agree to never again consume drugs of any kind, such market will collapse and the murders and criminal activities of the drug traffickers will come to an end. No market, no business.
It's as simple as that, isn't it ?
After all, what are drugs necessary for ? They can just make us drugs addicts and our lives miserables.

Hello,
I do not condone this personally but anyone (including celebrities) being put to death if caught with any illegal drug over 200 grams seems to be quite effective. This happens in Indonesian countries where they said all other methods had been tried and failed since the 50's. Similarly you are publicly beheaded in Saudi for the same situation. I do not know about you but it certainly would encourage me to think hard a good 10x before getting involved with drugs in those places.
