She likes almost all my Facebook statuses and comments on some. She also liked a bunch of my pics including some old ones and commented on a couple saying that I look cute. Does it sound like she stalks my page? If she does, why do you think she does it?

I'd say so....but facebook does show older pictures but still, if she's liking them...be careful and give it time....she may back off....good luck

Whenever I add someone, I look through all their info, pictures, etc. It isn't stalking if the information is out there to look at. Talk to her, tell her you noticed that she liked a lot of your stuff.
