Hello. I tried Googling this, but I just can't seem to find an answer. How do I set up my Twitter account so that new followers receive a welcome message from me that I want them all to read?

Including an automated “thanks for following†message to your new followers might be annoying to some users. -- That's what a twitter staff says. So you may not get the feature you want.
