Go the group/page you want to leave, scroll down to the bottom of the page under photos, fans and etc and on the left it will say "remove me from fans" then you are removed from the group.

go to the page or group and select "remove me from page/group/fans". it should be on the bottom left side of the page. you can find the pages, group, or fan pages through the "friends" tab at the top of your screen. ;D
