I did tell the councilor but her parents found out before I told her. I wanted to tell the councilor just in case she told him this to try and stop me from telling. I feel like I snitch. But it's for their own good.

Anyway, my question is, how do I tell her that I'm not the one that told her parents? The only way I was able to contact her was through Facebook, and my mom changed my password. Help?

You DID tell, your perception of the timeline is irrelevant.
It's not about you, so let their parents deal with it now. You're right, you did the right thing.
Now stop screwing around online and go study something, your mom changed your FB password because your grades are sh*t.
