i tried to download it and it said it requires the iphone 3.0.i deleted the facebook app on my itouch a while ago for some reason and want it back on my itouch.

Sounds like you need to update your iPod Touch software. It should be as easy as plugging it into your computer and checking for updates on iTunes.

Go to your appt store and search for facebook click on it and download

You need to update your iPod software. If you did that, then plug it to your computer and send the Facebook software to your iTouch. Make sure that you don't unplug while the computer is sending the application to your electronic device!
