I've made a new facebook page and dont know how to create a new album or to upload pics to an existing album.

its simple just open ur page and follow the process...............

Go to your homepage: then there you can see a add picture in the whats on your mind kind of thingy click on it then something will say take a picture with webcam or create a photo album then click create a photo album upload your photos then voila!!!
