I can see my friends posts and comments, and it says we're friends. But I can't go on their page and their picture doesn't show up as if i was blocked?

Probably not, facebook tends to `break` fairly often, it may be your computer browser.
first clear all cookies then reload if that didn't work delete system32

No, your friend probably just has her privacy settings to where you can't see her page.
