If its Disabled Than you can Not Open it The Facebook Team Disabled it Because They Believe you Violated the Terms of service Read the Terms of service carefully if after reading you believe you didint do anything wrong Email Disabled@facebook.com dont include your account information they know it already by your email address explain to them what happend and than they will make a decision to restore it or not if they dont restore it witthin 2 weeks than most likely you wont get it back sorry

you are allowed to have only one facebook account

Depends on how it got disabled. If you did not login for 3months then it would have automatically disabled, but then once your login again it starts running well.
Or facebook disabled your account because you might have violated some rules. To get your account back you will need to go to this page http://www.facebook.com/help/contact_us.php?id=260749603972907 and fill out some details, name, email address, date of birth, and make sure to write something in the space provided for additional information. Then press send.
Facebook can take time to reply, don't worry it would take maximum around 48hours, though mostly it is solved in less then 6hours.
Your disabled account becomes operational once again.
