Ok I want to know how to give some one a shoutout on instagram she gave me a shoutout and asked for one back so I need to know how to do it. Do i copy her name and take a pic of her wall thig and post it how do u do it? and if u want me to follow u leave your username and I will if u follow me back

upload a pic of her instagram profile and tag her

simply upload a pic of her in instagram and tag the person who wants the shout out
