I've been getting this recently, last hardware install was HD 7790 however I do not know if it's the cause or not. Thanks!

First of all clean your RAM with an eraser (Rubber). because a block in the silver connectors of a RAM can make the same problem.. if it is coming again.. then Try to turn your PC on in Safe mode and Type "chkdsk C:" at Run then press enter, it can clear the file system errors in C Drive.
