Your facebook account can't have virus ...

A Facebook account cannot as such catch a virus.

You can however visit a page on Facebook and click a link that then infects your PC with a virus or other form of malware. If this is what has happened then your security software [if you have any] should be able to remove it.
If your security software cannot remove it then for focused advice you really need to tell us some information about what type of virus you think you have been infected by. In absence of any details from you, all I can offer is best generic advice.

Uninstall any antivirus you currently have [as it is not doing its job if it let a virus get on to your machine in the first place].
Install a decent free Antivirus tool [if you don't want to pay for a commercial one] like from AVG of AVAST. Do a full scan and hopefully the virus can be removed or quarantined. If AVG or AVAST cannot help then try Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
