I did a search and came up with three different apps on Facebook..
In order from the one with most users to least:
Donate Rice
Give Rice
Free Rice
Free Rice
(two are named Free Rice).
Can someone provide a link to the official Facebook app for FreeRice.com? I would have thought that the actual app would have the most users, but am not sure..

I just played it and yeah it is the exact same thing. It leads you to the site.
