Even if it costs a little money..I just need a good marketing program or something. I do not want FAKE likes...

You may want to advertise, making ads is a really good thing to do. It only costs like 3-5$ at the most. You can also put your personal banner on someone's flyer that they post on stores. Tell your friends to like it and then tell them to tell their friends to like the page etc. Another way is making flyers of what it is, where its located, where to contact for more info etc and then on the bottom you can put "Like us on Facebook or which ever social media your are using. Also this may cost more money, but you can put ads on popular internet media. Maybe like some kids game? On the side you can have your ad. Of course you need to speak to the manager of the website for the permit to do it. Etc. It also depends on what kind of website it is.

Try to register an account and like every page that involves your program that's for you can see only people that interested in the same program then you can add them as friends.

1) Optimize Facebook ads for better ROI.
2) Invite your Facebook friends to like the page
3) Ask someone you know to share your page on Facebook if they have big friend lists, popular fan pages, or large Facebook groups.
4) Drive visitors from your websites, other social media channels or email list.
Just don't buy likes which you'll get fake ones.

They will promote what you want on related fb groups. That way you will get reall folowers
