i really want to get instagram i have an andriod but it doesnt have internet. could i still get instagram? i could always upload the pictures with my usb cord.

Or you can get the app for free if you have an android smart phone

If you are using an andriod phone than it should have a Wifi capability. If there is then, go to a Wifi area and enable it, and you're connected to the Internet.
