I wanna know that if i get charge or not when i use facebook app on this phone.

It depends on your data plan. You may have an unlimited one, or you may not.
It doesn't matter what phone do you have.
You can try http://0.facebook.com from you phone's browser (NOT from Opera Mini) - and from there is totaly free - in 45 countries, but I don't know which are they.
