I wanna try to not being such a jealous boyfriend It gets mead at times it makes me like get mad af for some reason , am tierd of it I wanna be a good boyfriend I even made my girlfriend delete her facebook and Instagram because of my jealously can some one please help me ?

You should really give more info as to why you have done these things. That way people can offer more.
However, there are two problems here:
You being controlling, and her actually allowing it.
