Okay, so twitters boring now so I want to deactivate for a week I just want to know if ill lose my followers, verified followers or any of my tweets?

No, you won't lose your followers or tweets. When you reactivate, however, it will take up to a day for twitter to sync all your followers, so you'll have to wait a bit. Be patient then!
