Ok, so someone hacked my facebook profile and i tried everything, it seems that im not getting back my profile , i have tried every kind of fail safe method.. nothing is working. so i made a new facebook profile, now it seems that this hacker is still actively using my old facebook profile and keeps on updating stuff under my name... so my question is, is there a way to report it, or is there a way to get my old profile off facebook, i mean is it possible to get my old profile deleted ? i hear somewhere that if 100 of your friends vote against a fake profile then it will be deleted, if that is true then how to do it ? please help me
P.S. I tried password rest via email, it cant work because my email also got hacked.

Probably not true, but you could ask Facebook to reset the password and send it to your email address. That is if you used a valid email address.

Your going to have to report it to facebook I can probably tell you what happened
The hacker first went to your email and guessed your password/cracked, the he was in and from there all he had to do is use that email and go to facebook and copy or type the email in the login box and then say he forgot his password, once that's completed a new password will be sent to your email which the hacker now controls. From there he can get into your facebook and change emails and passwords so that you can't hack back into it.
So that is most likely what happened so you will have to contact facebook about it and get them involved while also getting the police involved, because hacking of that nature is illegal and the police can trace the facebook and persons IP address and get him.
