If I retweet or favorite something off of someone's page that they retweeted or Favorited does twitter let them know? Or no because they didn't tweet it personally.

Yes. They will get a notification saying ,for example. "Bob retweeted one of your tweets!" This has happened to me several times and I find it creepy. As if there stalking me lol. Unless I only retweeted it.
