Why do girls/women always say on facebook that I look gorgeous, handsome, hot, fit etc on my profile picture but they never like the photo?

Seriously man, thats not even a question. Maybe they forgot or something or they just want to deliver their message which is that you are handsome.

i also experienced that kind of problem and the reason is maybe you only have a few of friends on facebook or they were just insicure..but if i wr you dont matter if they dont like your photo,you should be happy cause they like your photo in person not in facebook..
