It depends on your privacy setting. If it's open, then everyone can see it. But by default, only your friends (friend list) can check see your profile. Also people in you network can see you profile. Ex, if you're in an university, all the university member who uses facebook can see you profile, pictures, videos and everything else. You can change the security setting to your comfort level.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles. Facebook applications, on the other hand, are unable to track anybody unless they have the consent of the viewer.

It all depends on what kind of privacy settings are set on your account. It can be set to where only your friends can see your info, or where anyone and everyone can see it.
