how to unlike pages on facebook help please? - Hi!!~ - 10-15-2012 07:48 PM
okay on facebook im a fan of like 300 things according to my profile. i used to be a fan of like 2000. So i went Account>Edit Friends>Pages and deleted them all i thought.. if i go through edit friends it says i only have the 15 pages i kept. But when i go through my profile it says i still have 300 pages. why aren't these other pages showing up in the edit friends thing?

go to their indiv pages and unlike them

go to the page or group, and there should be a thing at the left hand side on the bottom that says "unlike"

I've never tried this, but common sense tells me that they're not appearing in your Edit Friends because you "deleted" them.
To my knowledge, the only way to Unlike a page is to actually go to the page and click "Unlike" down the left-hand side of the page.
I may be wrong though, since I've never tried to mass-unlike before. I don't actually understand why you'd want to get rid of them? I, personally, have over 1600, and don't find any of them a problem. To each their own I suppose though.

If you unlike pages but you still see them, then maybe you should wait some time for the server to update.
