I took a picture of it and put it on twitter, to get a link so click on it and look. There was a part on it that said " CIRCLE S, SLIDE-FILMSTRIP CAMERA STAND FROM SICKLES INC". Any photography nerds out there, please help.

It is an animation stand.
It is the way cartoons and animated motion pictures were made.
Each frame cell was placed in registration and one shot was taken. The film was advanced to the next 35 mm motion picture frame and the next cell was photographed.
