I was just curious and it turn out its permanent supposedly...its just creeps me out people seeing too much info about me. If I can't do nothing about this Im deleting this facebook account for sure. Is this the new upgrade if so when is it going to be official?
Yeah its kind of weird....its like the government wants to be on our asssss about our private lifes now! stupid facebook...or stupid me for even having one.

there is no way to get rid of it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook

here's how to set it up

but the way your profile is now, everyone can still see all the same things, it's just a little more difficult getting to them

no on knows when the final day is going to be

once you get timeline you can not return back to its older version.you can create a new facebook account instead.

Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.

Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.

Sadly, you can't change it back. I'm not the biggest fan of it either. It was fine the way it was before. Sad
