notification mail of facebook are coming in our mail id ,how we can avoid such mail

Go to FACEBOOK then SETTINGS-ACCOUNT SETTINGS
Then click on NOTIFICATIONS.
This will then bring you to the place where you can pick which (if any)notifications go tour your email. This is also where you can pick which notifications get sent by sms if you have signed up to this.
