Well,that definately means that he/she wants you to take notice of that and maybe contact him/her to hang out.If he/she has a boyfriend/girlfriend then either he/she wants to retain a good friendship with you or wants to mess up your mind.Hope I helped!

1) They want to have a good relationship with you, romantic or friendly
2) Sex was good
Or
3) They want you back
I'm a girl. I do this ALL the time.
Or if they get like all jealous, they want you to remember that they exist. They want you to look at them and want them back.

he thinks ur pretty and he maybe wants to talk......i mean if anything i say just reach out to him but if it is the one that is hurting you dont just because yu will get hurt again and you deserve to be happy
