I want like a pastel lilac colour. I'd get it bleached and then dyed at the hairdressers.
Would I suit it. My hair is fine and it has blonde dip dye at the bottom

To determine whether you'd look good with lilac hair or not, an important factor is whether you have a warm or cool skintone. There are quizzes online you can take to determine this- such as whether the veins on your wrist appear blue (cool) or green (warm).

It is also possible to be neutral or somewhere in the middle. I have taken a number of quizzes and I have traits of both warm and cool. Hope this helps!
