I have many different facebook accounts. Is there an app that lets me manage all my accounts like one, but still be separated?

You can always just use tabs.
When using tabs you can go from one page to another without loosing anything. Depending on wat computer u hav, tabs can b located on the top of ur web page or under file> new tab.
