I know a girl and she is 11 years old and she is turning 12 very soon. She has a Twitter, Pinterest, and an E-mail. But she really wants an Instagram. Her parents refuse to give her one because of the fact that FaceBook owns the photos you post, the posts you say, and Instagram. But I am asking is, should she?

Why not? As long as no inappropriate photos are posted there is no problem. Legally speaking though, you need to be 13 to have an Instagram or Facebook.
