if I block someone on Facebook, will they see and be botifiend if I become friend with someone in their friend list. I mean would they see this on their timeline
mutual friend is now friend with me
and also would fb suggest my profile to them on the vertical bar on the right?

no, if you block someone it's as if you each no longer exist to one another

No, they won't see anything or be notified about it. Once you block someone they cannot see anything you do and facebook will not suggest your profile to them.
