I don't have many friends on my account and none of them even have a PS4.I was wondering how do I make new ones?Also I was hoping they can't block me just for friending people I don't know because that happend to me on Facebook a lot for some stupid reason and I was not aloud to go on Facebook for a day.

If u have ps4 online, play an online game with other players that u can play with and chat, if u want to be friends with that player, ask them but give them full info (and they should do the same cuz they strangers). hope this helps!
