My Paypal balance is 60 USD (Already transfered it to FB). But Facebook Ads for 180 usd ( 10 usd per day - 18 day).
How it is possible?

No Facebook Will Not Display Any of your Ads With No Money you Have to Pay Facebook In Order For your Ads To Appear
