Whenever I open up my Facebook, the red icon appears with the amount of notifications I have recieved. Once I click on i, the mini pop appears and says 'No new Notifications'. Its really annoying, not to mention it comes across as rude when people reply to me on statuses etc.

Its Possible That May be a Error With Facebook Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem To Them
