ok so i made my twitter private but when i tweeted something to Justin biber it isnt showing on his page:? and on anyones page why is this do tehy have to accept it first?even tho my page is private so people cant see my tweets he still can?

Well, he see's it but you don't.
Trust me I tweeted to a celebrity once and I didn't see my message on their page but they can see it on their page, and they tweeted back.
