Please don't say instavideo, picflow, flipagram, picslide etc. I've tried those! I want an app that lets me have a white border around it, can add music in the background, has transitions, and can add a good amount of photos. Instavideo is perfect but it only lets me add 15 photos :/

ok..I understood your problem. I have a list of some more apps those may help you. Below is the list of good apps so check these and find out among them whatever you want:
1. welovepulp 8k
2. pandora
3. animoto
4. istockphoto
I hope these apps will meet your requirement.
