I have tweeted 511 tweets, 98 followings and 26 followers.. But now I'm unable to follow any new user or a person that I know.. A error occurs "Problems following this user".. What is that mean?? N if somebody report me a spam.. What's make me different how to recover from spam... Please help..

The Problem could that in a very limited time you have added many followers so twitter is not allowing you to add any further else it could be a server problem.
