Go to a friends page that has the time line. There should be a link on their page that lets you get it.

go to any of ur friends profile who has timeline and in the top center of fb page u get the option to install on ur profile

In My Opinion it sucks also once you get it you cant go back

your account has to be at least 30 days old first
