For the last few years I've received emails addressed to other people that have my same Yahoo ID. I've reported this to Yahoo but have received no solution to date. How can I reach someone at Yahoo that can help me with this problem?

Also, once the link is displayed you have the option of contacting
them on Twitter and Facebook (links on the right side)Many issues
