My ex has sent me 2 requests on Facebook. Both were to play some game on the site. Why does this happen? Does it mean anything?

It means nothing, I assume he is still on your friends list and the game accessed his friends list to try and get more traffic by saying he wants you to play with him.

It doesn't mean anything. When someone sends out a game request it goes out to all of that persons friends. So she didn't specifically select you to send them to.
