Facebook "login notifications"? - Mike M - 03-16-2014 01:28 PM

Is there any way around it? Accessed my girlfriend's facebook and didn't know she had set up this login notification thing. Will she for sure know that I logged into her account when she wakes up or is there a way around it?
she has already accessed facebook from my laptop though... but that was before she set up the notifications. would it still send her a notification?

Nope, notification is already sent.

Possibly turn it off and turn it back on after you erase the notification? Looks like you may have a bit more work ahead of you.

there's probably a way around it, but you're not going to learn that much about hacking in the allotted time.

while you're lying, you might try saying her password was stored & when you reset your computer it logged her in by accident.

deception in hacking is sometimes called "social engineering" and is difficult to do ethically. using hacking unethically is what creates the need for security features like "login notifications" & i find a delightful irony there, especially in this case where i assume you're planning your girlfriend a surprise party & don't want her to be suspicious.

sincerest wishes of good luck.

p.s. perhaps through her account you could see where the notifications are sent then violate her email account or phone etc & delete the notification before she sees it.
