I use both. But im mostly on twitter all the time. So I say twitter is better. I USED to be addicted ( well kinda) to Facebook. But all you see nowadays on Facebook is those "Like if you blahh.. " posts and these disgusting videos.. . I use Facebook when I wanna chat with my friends.

Facebook. Facebook have better privacy programs and have fun addicting games. Also Facebook also includes many memes that have updates everyday. Facebook also allow u to live chat with your friends family and relatives

Both are different social networking site. Twitter is a micro blogging social networking site. If you love words, want to connect with your celebrity you can use twitter. Almost all the celebrity has a verified twitter account. You can sent tweets using their username. You can also sent direct message to your followers.
Facebook is the place where you can make new friends, chat with them, games, you can updates status, videos, photos etc.
