I'll take a wild stab at this question, going off of the small bit of information you gave me. Bear with me if I'm a long ways off of what you're actually meaning!

I'm assuming you're probably someone who has your Facebook set to automatically sign you in when you go to Facebook. You're not used to having to log in every time you go to Facebook, so now that someone has logged you out and logged in with their account, you're a bit lost on what to do. If this is the case, here's your solution:

You first need to make sure the other person is logged out. To log someone out, go to the very top right corner of the Facebook page, where you'll find a small arrow pointing down, right next to the buttons "Home" and the name of the person. Click that arrow, scroll to the bottom of that drop list, and click "Log Out." Now you're out of their account.

You'll now be on the Facebook home page. What you need to do from there is fill in the blank spaces that ask for your email address and password. Hopefully you still remember your password. If you remember these two things, enter them and click "Log In," and it will bring up your page. If you would like to have your page stay logged in as you probably had it before, before clicking "Log In" you should check the little box that says "Keep Me Logged In," or something similar.

If you've forgotten your password, enter your email address and then click "Forgot Password." It will then walk you through the steps to get your password back.

Hope this helps you out!
