Are you really adverting for hair removal with a question like that?
Your are one of the reasons girls are ashamed of facial hair because you make them feel like it is not normal or it is something that they have to hide to be attractive. This is what is wrong with our world we judge on appearances and not on what is inside.

Cultural taboos. Facial hair is caused primarily by testosterone (although there are plenty of other factors). A woman with a lot of hair on her face has more testosterone than is generally deemed acceptable, even if her personality demonstrates much more traditionally feminine traits.
