Is this option available ?
I can't find the ''public'' option,only friends/friends of friends etc.is it because I'm under 18 ?

Yes just change the privacy settings to all your albums to public. Go to photos and click the icon below each album to change the settings.

go to the privacy setting and make it public.

yes its possible go to each photo album hit edit album from there change your privacy setting to everybody and your done
