Ok so I bought a new tv and I'm puttin the old one in another room to replace its tv. Well the new tv hooks up and works fine yet the old tv I replaced and put in a new room won't connect when I plug up the cable?

Hi there Adam, my name is Kimberly. I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH, it is my pleasure to assist you. I understand you purchased a new TV and it working fine? I am assuming this new TV is connected directly to the DISH receiver box and the other tv (old Tv) does not have a receiver in the same room, meaning it is TV 2. If this is the case check the 'Modulator Set up to make sure Tv 2 is on the correct channel to receive DISH signal. To check the Modulator Set up Press Menu 6-1-5 on the remote at the TV one location. In the Modulator Set Up screen where is says 'Tv 2 Out' what channel number do you have? 60 or 73? Depending on the channel please go to Tv 2 and using the original remote that came with your TV put the TV on that channel. This should resolve the issue.
