its the new fb trend. when its a persons birthday (let be anyone, even ppl u havent spoken since years), it informs you by sending a notification, like a reminder so u dont forget to wish anyone, in case its ur loved one
its a good thing.. whether you want to wish or not is completely upto you... its not compulsory
